The Neighbourhood Renewal Fund

The Neighbourhood Renewal Fund is a top-up to local authorities in the most deprived areas. Eighty eight areas are eligible and local authorities are able to spend the fund not only on their own services, but on those of other service providers, under the new power of well-being (The Local Government Act 2000).
