The Home Office Organised Crime White Paper of March 2004 set out our vision to make the UK 'one of the least attractive locations in the world for organised crime to operate'.

New powers against organised and financial crime is a consultation paper published in July 2006 seeking views on the Government's proposals. Responses are requested by 17 October 2006.
