Passport to evaluation
Passport to evaluation

This distance learning package has been written and designed by staff at the Home Office Crime Reduction Centre. It looks at the basic techniques used to evaluate crime reduction projects.
Evaluation is a vital part of the project planning and management process. It provides evidence of the level of achievement and can pinpoint resources that have been used effectively. By sharing evaluation findings you can learn from previous projects and attract resources for future projects.
This package is relevant to anyone who works in crime reduction, particularly if they are likely to be involved in evaluating projects or initiatives. The skills and knowledge will be valuable for people new to evaluation and a useful reminder to anyone, whatever level of experience they have in evaluation.
